You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
To process a return, please log into your account and click on "orders". Please select the order in question. You will be given the option to return the entire order, or if you click through to the order detail itself, you can specify which item you wish to return.
You will be asked a reason for return and this request will be sent to our customer support agents. We will confirm if this return is approved within 48 hours.
Once you have received your return authorisation, you will be sent an email with a detailed instruction on how to organise your return via our 3rd Party Returns agent, and delivery label can be downloaded.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3-5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (TBC).
Currently we are only accepting shipments to UK addresses.
We currently offer two different services. Our standard shipping is fulfilled by Royal Mail 48 hour. Our premium service is fulfilled by Royal Mail 24 hour Tracked delivery. If you are eligible for free shipping due to spend threshold, this will automatically be placed on the premium service.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
